📦 Order Cancellations
Orders cannot be cancelled once they are confirmed and payment is completed.

💸 Refunds
Refunds are only provided for items that are received in a damaged or defective condition.
To request a refund:
Email us within 2 days of delivery
Include clear photos of the damaged item and packaging
Once approved, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
